BakerBands is on the hunt for a sharp, creative, and self-driven Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Cleveland. If you live and breathe design, know your way around the Adobe Suite like a pro, and want to work on something that’s actually fun — this might be for you. What You'll Do: Design custom gear and visuals for athletes, musicians, and NCAA programs Create content for social media, campaigns, and digital ads Handle design work for product launches, packaging, and custom client orders Collaborate with our internal team and creative director on all things branding Optional: Travel with the BakerBands team to live events and pop-ups around the country — helping with photography, promotion, and activations What We’re Looking For: Strong design skills and deep knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Self-starter who thrives on quick turnarounds and working independently Solid communication and time management Bonus: Photography skills, video editing, or experience with print-ready files Someone who gets the culture. You’re into sports, music, art — and you’re not afraid to take risks creatively Who We Are: BakerBands started as a tailgate-lot hustle and is now a nationally recognized brand. We’ve worked with over 200+ athletes, musicians, and entertainers — from NCAA powerhouse schools to The Harlem Globetrotters and pro athletes coast to coast. Our gear has shown up in music videos, ESPN segments, and on NFL sidelines. This is a chance to put your stamp on a growing brand with real momentum. You’ll get to design for names you know, events you care about, and fans who love this stuff.
