Create a Regional Logo

I need a logo for a region our company is launching into next month - Puerto Rico. We would like it to be professional, be representative of Puerto Rico (flag, landmarks, etc.), highlight our brand color #CF2030, and include our company logo. Our brand fonts are Helvetica Neue and Arial. This regional logo will be used on PPT presentations, print materials, and promotional items including shirts.
