Closer for Marketing Agency

I'm looking for a closer to get on booked appointment calls to close potential clients. I would like for this person to be knowledgeable about paid ads and email/sms marketing because those are the services we're offering. This person must have some type of experience in sales or cold calling. The clients we're working with either own cannabis business or a smoke shops, so having an understanding of this industry is also beneficial but is not entirely required. This position is a monthly payment + commission.
