HubSpot Marketing Ops Contractor – Immediate Start Contract Type: Freelance / Hourly Start Date: ASAP Estimated Weekly Hours: 5–20 (with potential to flex) Duration: Ongoing (initial 3-month commitment with potential to extend) Location: Remote (U.S. preferred but open to others with strong availability overlap) What We Need We’re looking for a HubSpot expert who’s confident in both strategy and execution — someone who can help us move fast, troubleshoot issues, improve backend systems, and keep campaigns running smoothly across multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on role, but not just task-based. We’re looking for someone who knows how to connect the dots between campaign setup, lead flow, reporting, and CRM integrity — and who can spot opportunities to clean up processes or fix issues when things break. You’ll join team calls and occasionally join client calls as an extension of our team. You’ll Own Tasks Like Building and managing contact lists (static + smart) QA’ing and setting up emails, forms, and workflows Pulling and cleaning up campaign performance reports Troubleshooting lead routing, tracking, and source attribution Managing UTM tracking, hidden fields, and field mapping Supporting basic Salesforce sync and property setup Identifying small system improvements and helping implement them Providing ongoing HubSpot admin support across multiple clients Must-Have Skills 2–4 years of direct HubSpot Marketing Hub experience Strong working knowledge of campaign setup, lead flow, and list management Comfortable pulling reports and working with UTMs and basic attribution Familiarity with Zapier, Salesforce, and CMS tools like WordPress Experience cleaning up CRM data and running basic HubSpot audits Understanding of email health and deliverability best practices Detail-oriented and reliable — you triple-check before launch Able to work independently, communicate clearly, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Confident joining internal and external calls and explaining your work Tools You’ll Touch HubSpot Marketing Hub (core) Google Sheets / Excel Salesforce (light touch) Zapier / WordPress / Forms CallRail / Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager To Apply Please include: A quick intro about you and your HubSpot experience Examples of similar HubSpot execution and systems work you’ve done (especially for B2B clients) Your availability and typical hourly rate We move fast — we’re hoping to bring someone on immediately and start assigning tasks in the first week.
