WHAT’S THE ASSIGNMENT? Monthly setup, creation, and management of Email and SMS content for Product Brand #1 and Product Brand #2, in both Klaviyo (email) and Attentive (SMS) platforms. Additionally, we’ll need channel performance insights from each month to be curated and delivered each month, during the first week of the following month, covering that month’s performance. DELIVERABLE 1: - Promotional emails builds within Klaviyo for product brand #1 - New new email creation, content provided via brief by client. - Re-mail email cloning and adjustments, previous emails provided by client. - Creation of net-new subject lines for remains is required. Includes setup, segment selection, and scheduling sends within provided parameters. - Promotional emails builds within Klaviyo for product brand #2 New new email creation, content provided via brief by client. DELIVERABLE 2: - Digital Performance Reporting - Monthly email statistics - Monthly SMS statistics - Digital Wins & Opportunities DELIVERABLE 3 - time permitting - Product Brand #1 SMS texts within Attentive - Product Brand #1 SMS texts within Attentive DELIVERABLE 4 - time permitting - Digital strategy recommendations - Email and SMS optimizations (segments, templates, content, etc.) - Conversion rate optimization - Search engine optimization - Content strategy TIMELINE - Work is heavy at the beginning and end of the month. Content briefs typically come through near EOM, and we work to schedule and build in batches. All timelines will be communicated in advance of work completion. - Quick-turnarounds and weekly monitoring is required. You’ll be working with e-commerce content, which may change as pricing changes per product.
