We’re looking for a Social Media freelancer to elevate our voice and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Actually, you should be able to tell us where we need to be. You’ll help us create the script that allows us to tell our audience a story for the entire year. These our most important needs. We need someone who is creative and confident. Someone who will bring us ideas and make our lives easier. Someone who is thoughtful while creating and scheduling weekly content (images, videos, captions). Someone who will take pride in studying our mission and vision and ensure that our posts are aligned with them. Someone who will monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments and make recommendations on best practices. Someone who is more proactive than reactive. Although, reacting to current events can be part of the job. Someone who can be persuasive and funny and use social media to drive traffic to our campaigns. Ideal Candidate Has experience managing social for nonprofits or mission-driven brands Understands how to use social media to inspire and activate an audience Writes clear, engaging copy with a warm and professional tone Can turn rough content (video clips, photos, links) into polished posts Familiar with Canva or CapCut; experience in short-form video editing
