Luminous Skin Lab is a luxury skincare manufacturing brand, best known for our HydroGlo Jelly Masks, ILUMIPEN microneedling device, ILUMILUX LED Face + Neck Set, and our brand-new Hyaluronic Recovery Sheet Masks. We’re also launching a collection of professional ampoules and three new HydroGlo Jelly Mask formulas on June 1st — all crafted exclusively for licensed estheticians and spas. We’re committed to using clean, organic, high-quality ingredients, delivering clinical results, offering unmatched customer service, and presenting everything with elegant, high-end branding. ________________________________________ Who We're Looking For: An experienced Social Media Manager who: • Has a strong understanding of the esthetics industry and is passionate about beauty and skincare. • Knows how to grow organic engagement and build a loyal professional following. • Can confidently create aesthetic, branded Reels and educational content that aligns with a luxury, high-end look. • Understands the B2B market and can speak to licensed estheticians and spa owners. • Has a proven track record of increasing social media reach and conversions organically. • Create engaging marketing Reels for new product launches • Bonus: Experience in TikTok and Pinterest growth for beauty brands. Please include your favorite fruit in first sentence of reply / application to demonstrate you actually read the entirety of this job post and not simply auto responding ________________________________________ Your Weekly Role Includes: • Creating 4 original posts per week (mix of graphics, reels, and captions) tailored to licensed professionals • Following our brand voice and luxury aesthetic • Scheduling or delivering content in advance • Researching trending audio, pro skincare trends, and hashtags • We’re looking to build out a 90-day content calendar that can be reused quarterly — repeat posts are totally welcome when they’re on-brand! (Just no sale/promotion reposts) Note: Weekly “Feature Jelly Mask” posts will be created separately by the brand and are not part of this role. ________________________________________ Suggested Weekly Content Breakdown: 1. Educational Post or Reel (Monday): A quick-form reel or carousel educating pros on a treatment trend or device benefit (e.g., “What is Nano Infusion?” or “How our sheet masks fit into your post-peel protocol”). 2. Featured Ingredient Focus (Wednesday): Highlight powerhouse ingredients in our line—example: “What is Polyglutamic Acid (PGA)? Our Pro Line is now upgraded with PGA for 4x more hydration than hyaluronic acid.” 3. Jelly Mask Fact, Protocol Tip, or Pro Hack (Friday): Quick tip or use-case example for licensed estheticians (e.g., how to layer the jelly mask with LED, pairing with our ampoules, etc.) 4. Testimonial, User-Generated Content, or Product Promotion/Sale (Saturday): Share spa professional results/ before and afters, mixology (blending two formulas), or trade show highlights to build brand authenticity and trust.
