As we scale into medical institutions, large content ecosystems, and white paper publishing at scale, we need someone to help us go faster—smarter. About You: You’re obsessed with systems. You think in prompts, pipelines, and dashboards. You’ve used AI tools not just to write, but to architect internal workflows, speed up research, simplify documentation, and scale execution without sacrificing quality. You’re the kind of person who gets excited turning a cluttered process into a clean AI-powered engine—and you’re comfortable translating vision into reality without needing handholding. This Role: High-Trust, High-Impact, High-Speed We’re looking for a part-time AI Operations Specialist to: Build and maintain prompt libraries across departments (marketing, HR, product, content) Develop smart research workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Scite.ai, Elicit, etc. Create AI-enhanced internal SOPs, documentation, and knowledge bases (Notion, Airtable) Automate parts of our white paper, funnel, and campaign development pipelines Collaborate with our CEO (Nick Ortner) to map out systems that 10x productivity across the org You Should Be Able To… Spin up a Notion dashboard to track white paper progress with AI-assisted research milestones Create a tagging + prompt chaining system for content repurposing across our 28M+ tapping sessions Review a funnel’s email performance and propose AI-enhanced ways to iterate creative weekly Organize GPT-4 prompts that generate structured SOPs, onboarding docs, or RAG-enhanced research briefs Teach others how to use AI better, not just do it for them Tools You’ll Work With: AI Core: ChatGPT-4 / Claude / Scite.ai / Consensus / Elicit / Perplexity Pro Workflows & Docs: Notion, Airtable, Google Docs, Descript, Canva Automation: Zapier, Make.com, Gamma.app, Whimsical, Loom Data: Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Segment (bonus if you’ve used these) Hours & Logistics: Start: 10–20 hrs/week Location: Remote (timezone overlap with EST is helpful) Pay: Competitive hourly, based on experience
