I’m the founder of AtlasAI, a veteran-led fintech startup building a conversational financial strategist powered by GPT-4 Turbo. I’m looking for a U.S.-based developer to build a lean, web-based MVP. I’m currently looking for a quote only to assess scope, cost, and timeline. This is not a request to begin development immediately. This is a simulation only demo. Scope – Phase 1 MVP (Core Deliverables) -Web app with simple layout (chat interface + dashboard) -GPT-4 Turbo integration via OpenAI API (I will handle system prompt design) -One scripted user scenario (e.g., “Jerry” navigating credit card debt) -Static dashboard showing fake account data, nudges, and strategy progress -To-do system that simulates completion and follow-up behavior -Preloaded user profile ("What Atlas Thinks of Me") -Basic visual tracker showing strategy stage (Organize → Stabilize, etc.) Add-ons (Phase 2+) -SmartScan demo (image upload + scripted categorization logic) -Additional user flows (e.g., character receives $50K inheritance) -Tone-aware nudging logic (e.g., “You're 75% through your dining budget”) -Light animations, UI enhancements, or mobile responsiveness What I’ll Provide -Finalized business plan and product spec -Brand assets and UX flow -Dialogue scripts and coaching logic -My involvement.
