We are looking for a highly capable and experienced technical agency partner to help guide and implement a transformational suite of interconnected technology platforms over the course of 2025. Our company operates in the construction sector and is undergoing a complete digital evolution. We have developed a robust and forward-thinking strategy built around five mission-critical platforms that will drive innovation, automation, and customer experience in our industry for years to come. We are now seeking a strategic partner to guide, validate, build, integrate, and help execute this multi-platform roadmap. The work spans across full-stack development, CRM and ERP integration, data architecture, AI-driven automation, mobile application development, and marketing technology. Scope of Work: You will work alongside our internal leadership and technology stakeholders to implement and orchestrate the following five project pillars: 1. Data Warehouse & Analytics Platform Centralized data platform (Snowflake or Databricks) integrating CRM, ERP, PBX, mobile app, marketing, and external datasets. Enable unified data modeling, semantic metrics, and real-time access for AI, automation, and BI dashboards. 2. Automated Quote Engine Desktop and mobile-compatible quoting engine to replace legacy manual estimation workflows. Automatically triggered via CRM or mobile app with error handling, use of custom templates, UI for load verification, code compliance enforcement, and integration with 3D configurator tools. 3. Conversational AI & Automation Layer Voice/SMS/chat-based lead qualification and customer interaction engine using tools like Twilio, OpenAI, LangChain, and Voiceflow. Manages lifecycle engagement across lead qualification, lead re-engagement, onboarding, upsell opportunities (financing, insurance), status updates, and post-sale support. 4. Customer-Facing Mobile App React Native mobile app with real-time updates, document center, payment flows, and task engine, starting from pre-sale through post-sale & delivery. Embedded quoting, AI agent assistance, purchasing, onboarding, pre & post-sale support. Includes pre-sale financing lead funnel & application and post-sale insurance recommendation flows. 5. Cross-Channel Customer Journey Automation Email, SMS, and push notification engagement system delivering dynamic and behavior-based automation. Custom paths built by location, construction type, financing needs, customer journey response, delivery timeframe, and delivery stage. Deep CRM and data warehouse integration for segmentation, lead scoring, and lifecycle triggers.
