Description: We are a fast-growing medical device company with a hands-on team of about 60 people and a startup-like energy. After doubling our revenue last year, we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager / COO to help bring structure, scalability, and efficiency to our operations. What We Need: We’re moving fast—and now it’s time to put the right systems in place. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to: • Streamline and document operations across all departments • Implement systems and tools to support scalable growth • Automate tasks using AI-powered solutions wherever possible • Act as the central relay between manufacturing, sales, marketing, and customer service • Establish SOPs, KPIs, and performance tracking systems • Create clarity and coordination across departments Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience as an Operations Manager, COO, or similar leadership role in a fast-paced company (bonus for experience in health tech / med devices) • Strong understanding of process improvement and systems implementation • Tech-savvy, with a passion for using AI tools and automation to eliminate inefficiencies • Extremely organized and detail-oriented • Skilled at cross-functional communication and team alignment • Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset Why Join Us?
