We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team, with a primary focus on cleaning, processing, and preparing data for analysis. In this role, you will work closely with our data engineering and analytics teams to ensure that raw data is transformed into high-quality, actionable information. This position is ideal for someone eager to develop their skills in data management and contribute to data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Clean, preprocess, and validate raw data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. Transform and organize data into analysis-ready formats using tools such as SQL and Python or R. Collaborate with data engineers and senior analysts to implement data quality controls and optimize data pipelines. Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues, identifying discrepancies and suggesting improvements. Maintain documentation of data cleaning procedures and workflows. Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting tasks as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic understanding of data cleaning and preprocessing techniques. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy. Good communication skills and a collaborative team mindset. Eagerness to learn and develop in the field of data analytics. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus. Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is desirable. Internship or project experience in data analysis or related roles.
