You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React and Tailwind CSS. • Build and manage backend services and APIs using Python (e.g., Django, Flask, or FastAPI). • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement designs into functional, beautiful interfaces. • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Implement and maintain best practices for version control, code reviews, and testing. • Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed. • Troubleshoot and debug applications. • Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Required Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with a Python-based backend framework (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI). • Hands-on experience with React and Tailwind CSS. • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and client-server communication. • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks. • Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
