Print Indexed QR codes from a CSV file

I have a Keyence continuous ink jet printer (model mk-u6000) we use for marking our packaging with batch information. It works great for this purpose. However I now need to make it print a serialized QR code from a CSV file, in addition to the batch information. The printer is able to take instructions for this type of task from a PLC or a computer over ethernet TCPIP. My preference is to use a laptop computer. The printer itself is already capable of generating a QR code from any string of text we give it. However the serialized QR code text from the CSV file does not end in 0001, 0002, 0003 etc, so the printer needs an intermediary device (computer or PLC) that tells the printer to print line 01, then line 02, etc. The printer will need to print a batch number and expiration date along with the QR code. Based on my conversations with Keyence tech support, this is all possible. They told me I need a "software integrator" to write the script that makes all of this happen. Attached are two files, one is of a CSV file that contains the serialized QR code information, and the other is what our print looks like right now, which would still need to be printed in addition to the serialized QR codes. It would be ideal to find someone in the SF Bay Area willing to come to our facility in Oakland to help implement everything. If the best person for the job is not local, we could probably still make it work by following your instructions for implementation.
