Context/Background: BDG has a ‘BCG Contract Job Master” spreadsheet which is updated daily and maintains all critical data on each job. This data range table is many things to many people and is maintained as a dynamic Teams document. As such, this table is constantly being filtered, sorted and added to. Any new functionality needs to accommodate how this spreadsheet is used. New Functionality Request: Using existing data input fields (columns): • Storefront Man Hours • First Mob(ilization) Date • Average Crew Size • 10% Overtime toggle OR • 20% Overtime toggle Based on the inputs provided above, I would like to see functionality added to do the following: • Calculate the number of weeks a job will last based on manpower intensity • Visually ‘block out’ the calendar weeks • List the avg daily crew size on the cell for each week • Automatically add calendar weeks as needed • SEE EXAMPLE (YELLOW ROW) IN ATTACHED DOCUMENT
