Migration Specialist – Google Workspace to Google Workspace (CloudM) Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute Google-to-Google Workspace migrations using CloudM, ensuring data integrity and service continuity. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, map migration plans, and define success metrics. Configure and optimize CloudM tools to align with client-specific needs and security policies. Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues swiftly, keeping stakeholders informed along the way. Provide post-migration support and documentation to ensure user satisfaction and operational readiness. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CloudM features, Google Workspace updates, and migration best practices. Collaborate with technical and non-technical team members to deliver a smooth customer experience. Qualifications: Proven experience with CloudM and Google Workspace (G Suite) administration and migrations. Strong understanding of user and data management in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.). Ability to script or automate tasks (e.g., using Google Apps Script, PowerShell, Python, or similar tools) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. Strong written and verbal communication skills—you’re able to explain technical details with clarity and empathy. Experience working in a managed services, cloud services, or IT consultancy environment is preferred.
