Location: Remote Time Commitment: 1–5 hours per week Compensation: Hourly / Project-based (negotiable) About the Role: We're looking for a detail-oriented, creative UX Designer to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis. Your primary focus will be testing, analyzing, and revamping landing pages to maximize user engagement and conversion—using proven UX best practices. Responsibilities: Audit existing landing pages and identify friction points or areas for improvement Redesign or tweak layouts, copy placement, CTAs, and visual hierarchy to improve UX Use data (e.g., heatmaps, click-through rates, A/B tests) to guide design decisions Collaborate with marketing and development teams for seamless implementation Stay current on UX/UI trends, especially around conversion optimization Requirements: Proven experience designing or optimizing landing pages with measurable results Strong portfolio showcasing UX improvements and rationale Knowledge of tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms Familiarity with basic analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) A test-and-iterate mindset with strong attention to detail Availability for 1–5 hours per week with quick turnaround when needed Nice to Have: Experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Basic understanding of HTML/CSS Copywriting or marketing background
