WordPress Front-End Developer (Contractor) - (N/S America Only) We’re hiring a front-end developer to join our team as a contractor — immediate start. If you're skilled with WordPress, experienced in Greenshift, and passionate about clean, responsive development, we want to hear from you. The Role This is a contractor role, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver high-quality work. You’ll build and optimize WordPress sites using Greenshift and Full Site Editing (FSE), and follow the design systems and development standards set forth by our team. Key Responsibilities Implement Designs Using Greenshift: Build responsive components and layouts in WordPress using Greenshift and FSE Custom Website Development: Create dynamic websites from scratch using Greenshift-based design systems Optimize Existing Sites: Improve performance, integrate new features, and support ongoing enhancements QA & Testing: Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility; perform thorough testing prior to launch Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with project managers, and developers to deliver high-quality results. Maintain Standards: Follow and contribute to team-defined SOPs, design systems, and coding best practices What We're Looking For Someone located in the Americas (required) Contract-based developer available for immediate hire Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of front-end development experience (HTML/CSS/JS) Expert in WordPress FSE and Block based designs Proven, practical experience with Greenshift and WordPress Full Site Editing (FSE).
