Mailchimp - embed videos into email campaigns (without using YouTube or Vimeo), implement Mailchimp best practices, and handle technical setups, including Squarespace website updates with Calendly integration / formatting on web page. The task is time-sensitive and must be completed within 2-3 hours on April 15, 2025. Key Responsibilities: 1. Video Embedding in Mailchimp Emails: • Embed videos directly into Mailchimp email campaigns without relying on YouTube or Vimeo. • Use solutions like Playable, Viewed, or similar third-party tools for autoplay video or clickable thumbnails. • Ensure compatibility across major email clients (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail) and devices. 2. Mailchimp Best Practices & DNS Integration: • Implement Mailchimp best practices for deliverability, including DNS setup (DKIM, SPF, DMARC). • Verify domain authentication to enhance email security and reduce spam flags. • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations. 3. Technical Setup & Troubleshooting: • Calendly Integration: • Integrate Calendly with Mailchimp to automatically allow readers to book a meeting – showing calendar availability on page. • Implement a visually appealing Calendly booking interface on the Squarespace website, ensuring seamless user experience and brand consistency. • Email Signature Line: Implement the redesigned email signature into Gmail insuring that it always is visible without glitches. • Squarespace Website Updates: • Embed or link the Calendly visual (e.g., button, inline scheduler, or pop-up) on the Squarespace site, ensuring it matches the site’s design aesthetic. Looking for the calendar view here as opposed to what I was able to design. • Zoom Business Branding: Incorporate logos into the Zoom platform. • Troubleshoot issues related to Mailchimp, Squarespace, Calendly, DNS, or other integrations. 4. General Technical Skills: • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for custom email templates or minor Squarespace adjustments. • Quick troubleshooting for integration or setup issues. • Ensure all setups are tested and functional before completion. Requirements: • Proven expertise in Mailchimp, including video embedding. • Experience with third-party video email solutions (e.g., Playable, Viewed, Hippo Video) for non-YouTube/Vimeo embedding. • Strong knowledge of DNS configuration (DKIM, SPF, DMARC) and email deliverability. • Proficiency in Squarespace, including editing pages, embedding third-party tools, and ensuring responsive design. • Experience with Calendly integration (Mailchimp and Squarespace) and creating visually appealing booking interfaces. • Ability to create and implement branded email signatures. • Familiarity with Zoom branding for email or website assets. • General technical skills (HTML/CSS, troubleshooting, integration setup). • Ability to work quickly under a tight deadline (2-3 hours on April 15, 2025). • Excellent communication skills for updates and requirement confirmation.
