Project Overview: We are seeking a skilled ShipStation freelancer to develop a custom All-in-One Packing Slip + Shipping Label solution that integrates seamlessly with our Shopify store and Rithium order management system. The goal is to eliminate redundant steps in our fulfillment process by combining shipping and packing documents into a single, printable format. Key Responsibilities: Create a custom ShipStation template that combines the packing slip and shipping label on one page (8.5” x 11” preferred). Ensure compatibility and live syncing with both Shopify and Rithium systems. Customize template branding, layout, and data fields as per business needs. Test across various order types and carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). Ensure proper mapping of data between ShipStation, Shopify, and Rithium. Provide clear documentation or training on template maintenance. Required Qualifications: Expertise in ShipStation custom templates and automation rules. Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS within the ShipStation environment. Experience integrating ShipStation with Shopify and third-party systems like Rithium. Understanding of fulfillment workflows and printing configurations. Ability to work independently and deliver quickly with high accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Shopify’s backend order architecture. Familiarity with Rithium API or ERP connections. Experience with barcoding and batch printing workflows. Deliverables: Custom all-in-one template (shipping label + packing slip). Integration tested and live with Shopify and Rithium. Step-by-step guide or short video for internal training.
