I work for a software company and we're working on putting together a public library of mobile app paywalls. We're creating this to help mobile app developers get inspiration from different iOS app paywall screens. This project aims to collect video recordings and screenshots of paywall screens from a list of 200 specified mobile apps available on the Apple App Store. Paywalls are screens prompting users to subscribe, start a trial, or make a purchase. Participants must be located in the US and use an iPhone running iOS 17 or higher. The process involves screen recording your device, downloading free-to-download apps from the Apple App Store, and navigating to the app's paywall screens. Once the paywall is displayed, participants take a screenshot, stop the recording, and submit the data via a provided form. No actual payments or subscriptions to the apps are required to participate.
