This project calls for your management of the Facebook Business Manager specialist I just hired—ZAIN--to help us resolve a series of complex backend issues involving user access, account permissions, and asset conflicts. Your focus will include the following: * Multiple Facebook and Instagram profiles/emails associated with the business owner, causing confusion in permissions and access across Business Manager, Ads Manager and related assets (Facebook business page, etc.). * Some profiles appear to have full asset access in Business Manager—but cannot see or access the correct ad account (no dropdown, redirects to unrelated accounts, or says there's no ad account). * Other profiles/emails show as “pending acceptance” to management status, yet cannot re-accept because Meta says they already have access. * Owner needs proper full access to all assets, especially to the correct Ads Manager account. * All logins, roles, and permissions across Facebook Page, Instagram, Business Manager, and Ads need to be unified and cleaned up. * Payment methods can’t be added successfully to either the ad or payment account. * The ad account has been disabled, and a review request has been submitted—but we need someone who can manage that appeal or advise on next steps to resolve it.
