Scope of Work: We are seeking a talented, design-savvy individual who deeply understands branding, consumer behavior, and menu psychology to help develop compelling, high-impact menu layouts for our café and newly launched drive-thru location. Project Overview: This project involves reimagining our existing menu items into three unique layouts while keeping a consistent brand identity and maximizing clarity and visual appeal for different spaces. Deliverables: • Three total menu layouts: 1. One layout for our café (ceiling-hung, 24” high x 48” wide) 2. Two layouts for our drive-thru: • Main menu board (wall-mounted, 29” high x 150” wide) • Walk-up window board (34” high x 53” wide) Key Responsibilities: • Translate our current menu into designs that are visually appealing, easy to read, and optimized for quick decision-making • Ensure branding consistency across all layouts • Apply menu psychology and consumer behavior principles to highlight high-margin and signature items • Provide multiple layout options to best utilize the given space • Work with photos and measurements provided for accurate spatial design • Collaborate with me for revisions and feedback Requirements: • Proven experience in menu design (preferably for cafes, drive-thrus, or QSRs) • Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, spacing, and brand storytelling • Portfolio demonstrating relevant past work • Ability to deliver print-ready, high-resolution files • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other professional design software Bonus if you: • Have experience working with Latin or Cuban-inspired brands • Understand fast-paced customer environments like drive-thrus
