Website/landing page for a collaborative group

We are looking for a singular website designer/develop to create a straightforward page, potentially with 2-3 tabs, to publicize a working, collaborative group. The website should be rather simple, but modern, we easy navigation, quick loading, and contact page/form where users can quickly and easily contact their preferred member of the group. Additionally, we could like to have a blog section, where we can post updates/articles, as well as an FAQ section. We have images of all members, but use of some stock photography may be required. There will be no other necessary integrations or processing, with the exception of a possible upload of a PDF. We would like to complete this project in 1-2 months and would meet once a week to review.
