SEO / Audit Help Moving to Wix

I am in the process of wrapping up a site redesign using WIX that is currently on Webflow. The design of the current site on Webflow is not great but it ranks well. I am not an expert in this field, and need help with SEO to ensure when the domain is switched over the ranking remains near the top as best as possible and is setup for long-term success. Current site: https://www.canyonsclimbinggym.com/ Link to redesign: https://jrdsabs.wixsite.com/my-site Business is an indoor rock-climbing gym in Frisco, TX (which there are not many others which is good). There are about 20 pages currently between programs, classes, events, and standard pages. I would love some guidance on how to approach this, either with an audit of the old/ current site and new site or if I grant access for someone into the site to help physically setup SEO and make recommendations for copy/content etc. I am open to different approaches and budgets, so please explain what you can offer and your total project price and timeline.
