We are looking for an experienced Power BI developer to create a professional, C-suite-friendly KPI dashboard that tracks key performance indicators for our Onboard & Inform 2025 initiative. (attached) This dashboard will be used by executive leadership and should provide clear, high-level insights while allowing drill-down functionality for deeper analysis. The ideal candidate should have experience with: ✅ Power BI dashboard development ✅ Data visualization best practices for executives ✅ KPI tracking, trend analysis, and forecasting ✅ Automated data refresh & integration Project Scope & Deliverables The developer will create a fully interactive Power BI dashboard with the following sections: Executive Summary (Top-Level View) • Overall KPI Performance Summary o Month-over-month change (Up/Down vs. previous month) o Trend Lines (6-month, 12-month trend lines) o Target Achievement (Below Target, Meeting Target, Exceeding Target) o Breakdown by Channel (Email, SMS, Calls) o Breakdown by State (Aggregated state performance overview and national (all states)) 2. Core KPI Sections Each KPI should display: • Current month performance • Month-over-month % change • Comparison to target • 6-month and 12-month trend • Target Achievement (Below Target, Meeting Target, Exceeding Target) Using the excel sheet for KPI's. (6 total KPI's) Each KPI section should display: • Current month performance • Month-over-month % change • Comparison to target and Breakdown by Channel (Email, SMS, Calls) • 6-month and 12-month trend (benchmark with line to show above or below • Target Achievement (Below Target, Meeting Target, Exceeding Target) The report should include the ability to download as PDF and setup for email delivery with days/times.
