We’re a growing startup seeking a Tableau specialist to build a clean, interactive, and automatically refreshing dashboard of our quarterly financial data. The goal is to turn raw data into dynamic insights that drive smarter business decisions—without manual updates each quarter. What we need: • A polished Tableau dashboard that visualizes key financials: revenue, expenses, cash flow, burn rate, and runway • Comparisons across previous quarters (YoY, QoQ trends) • Visual breakdowns by department, cost center, or category • KPI highlights (net income, operating margin, etc.) • Set up automatic data refresh using Google Sheets, Excel, or our cloud data source • A mobile- or browser-friendly version for leadership access What we’ll provide: • Raw financial data (Google Sheets or Excel) • Prior reports and metric definitions • Business questions we need answered Ideal candidate: • Proven experience building financial dashboards in Tableau • Skilled in Tableau data connectors and auto-refresh configurations • Strong eye for layout, clarity, and usability • Bonus: Familiarity with SaaS or startup financial metrics Deliverables: • Fully functional Tableau workbook (.twbx) • Exported PDF version for reporting • Data refresh set up (Google Sheets/Cloud source to Tableau) • Optional: short Loom or walkthrough on updating or scaling the dashboard
