Role Overview The Business Transformation Solutions Architect bridges the gap between strategy and execution. In this client-facing role, you’ll lead discovery efforts to deeply understand operational pain points, design thoughtful solutions (technical or otherwise), and translate business requirements into digestible formats for developers. You’ll be the voice of the client and the architect of change—leveraging technology, training, and creative problem solving. Key Responsibilities 40% Business Process Assessment & Solution Design Lead discovery sessions with client stakeholders to uncover root causes of inefficiencies. Map out current and future-state workflows using visual documentation tools. Recommend practical solutions that could involve software, automation, organizational change, or training. Prioritize opportunities based on feasibility, ROI, and business impact. 40% Technical Strategy & Client Advocacy Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories for developers. Collaborate with Power Platform and other developers to ensure accuracy and alignment. Troubleshoot basic technical issues or configurations to remove roadblocks. Act as client champion throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring the build matches the vision. 20% Communication & Project Facilitation Lead client meetings, manage expectations, and track milestones. Create clear documentation, visual mockups, and test scripts. Keep stakeholders engaged and aligned with consistent updates and demos. Qualifications 5+ years in business transformation, process improvement, or technical project management roles. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). Strong communication skills with a knack for asking the right questions and turning chaos into clarity. Ability to think both strategically and tactically when solving problems. Experience with visual process mapping tools (Miro, Lucidchart, Visio). Familiarity with coding or app development concepts is a big plus.
