We are a dynamic and growing real estate team with an existing Power BI system that is approximately 50% built out. We've been working with a Power BI expert to establish a solid foundation, and now we're seeking a skilled and proactive Power BI professional to carry the project to completion—and stay on board for ongoing optimization and expansion. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and turning data into actionable insights. What You’ll Do: - Jump into our current Power BI setup, review existing dashboards, and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. - Work alongside our team to complete the remaining build-out, focusing on usability, performance, and actionable metrics. - Create and refine dashboards, reports, and KPIs tailored to real estate operations and property performance. - Optimize data models for efficiency, scalability, and accuracy. - Provide ongoing support for regular tweaks, updates, and enhancements as our data and business needs evolve. What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience developing advanced Power BI dashboards and data models. Strong grasp of DAX, Power Query, and data integration best practices. - Experience working with data from Excel, cloud-based sources, and real estate systems (preferred but not required). - Detail-oriented and responsive with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical team members.
