Request for Proposal: Power BI Consultant Survivor Justice Center, a non-profit organization that provides free legal services to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design and implement Power BI dashboards using data from LegalServer, our case management platform. The selected consultant will work closely with our team to develop 8-12 Power BI dashboards using data from our LegalServer platform as well as train key staff on how to support data integration and dashboards post implementation. The project includes: Data Integration: Extracting data from LegalServer and integrating it with Power BI; Data Transformation: Applying necessary data transformations to ensure data is in an appropriate format for analysis; Dashboard Development: Developing interactive Power BI dashboards that are easy to use and enable staff to visualize real-time data related to cases, clients, and key employee metrics; User Interface Design: Ensuring Power BI dashboards are user-friendly and intuitive for non-technical users; Security and Compliance: Ensuring the solution adheres to relevant security standards and compliance requirements for legal data; Training and Support: Providing basic training for key staff on how to navigate and interpret the dashboards, as well as how to maintain the data connections and support the dashboards post-implementation; and, Documentation: Delivering documentation that explains the architecture, dashboard functionalities, and troubleshooting procedures. The key project deliverables are: 8-12 Interactive Power BI dashboards that visualize key client, case, and employee-related metrics such as: employee utilization rates and deviation from billable goals, open/closed cases by grant and lead attorney, client demographic data by grant, open/closed cases, etc.); A fully-integrated data feed between LegalServer data and Power BI; Live (virtual or in-person) training for 2-4 key staff to demonstrate dashboard navigation, explain data integration, and provide troubleshooting tips; and, User guides and documentation of the dashboard structure and integration process.
