Fields= Program/Set-Aside (i.e. Market or AMI%), Name, Floorplan, Move-In, Move-Out, Lease Date, Lease Expire, Lease Rent, Employer, Industry, Age, Renewals, Lead Source (Advertising Source), Leasing Velocity Modules= Reports, Business Intelligence Outside of RealPage, what other data sources should we consider? Keyfob data Most urgent pain points: Availability Report Summary by Floorplan and AMI Band, Separating Affordable vs. Market Renters Easily, Clearer Picture of Net Occupancy by Move-ins/Move-outs (and by AMI%).
