As a technology company operating in a dynamic marketplace, we require expert evaluation of our current marketing processes and operations, gap analysis, and supplementing our internal resources. With a focus on advisor-based technology platforms, our marketplaces span diverse service verticals, including psychic guidance and wellness. Project Objectives Conduct a thorough audit of existing, tactical marketing operations across all channels (email, sms, push, campaign management, etc.) Identify gaps and opportunities in our current marketing approach Analyze marketing performance data to determine effectiveness Provide actionable recommendations for optimization Offer supplemental resources to address operational gaps as needed Current Marketing Ecosystem Marketing Automation Platform: DotDigital (email/sms), MMS (internal platform for promotional messaging and campaigns) Channels: Email marketing, SMS marketing, in-app push notifications, banner ads, social media Key Metrics: Segmentation effectiveness, churn rates, customer lifetime value (LTV), campaign performance Data Analysis: Business Objects (BOE), internal analytics, PowerBI User Journey: Acquisition, activation, retention, affiliate, referral, and revenue strategies Scope of Work The selected agency will be responsible for: Audit Phase Evaluate current marketing channel mix and effectiveness Review message content, frequency, and targeting approaches Assess segmentation strategies and implementation Analyze campaign structures and automation workflows Review integration between marketing platforms and internal systems Evaluate reporting mechanisms and data utilization Gap Analysis Identify areas where current marketing approaches are underperforming Highlight opportunities for new channels or strategies Assess resource allocation and effectiveness Evaluate technological capabilities and limitations Analyze competitive positioning Recommendations & Support Provide detailed, actionable recommendations based on audit findings Develop implementation roadmap with prioritized initiatives Offer supplemental staffing to address immediate gaps Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams Assist with implementation of priority recommendations as needed Required Agency Qualifications Demonstrable expertise in multi-channel digital marketing Experience with DotDigital platform and similar marketing automation tools Strong background in data-driven marketing strategy Proven experience with two-sided marketplaces or similar business models Expertise in segmentation, personalization, and customer journey optimization Knowledge of modern CRM strategies and implementation Capabilities in analytics and performance measurement Resources available for supplemental support post-audit Timeline RFP Release Date: 03/05/2025 Proposal Submission Deadline: 03/13/2025 Project Kickoff: 03/17/2025 Proposal Requirements Please include the following in your proposal: Company Overview: History, size, expertise, and relevant experience Team Structure: Key team members who will work on this project and their qualifications Methodology: Approach to marketing audits and gap analysis Case Studies: Relevant examples of similar work performed for other clients Project Plan: Timeline, milestones, and deliverables Supplemental Resources: Available resources to support implementation Budget: Detailed cost breakdown for audit and potential implementation support References: At least three client references from similar projects Evaluation Criteria Proposals will be evaluated based on: Relevant experience and expertise (30%) Methodology and approach (25%) Team qualifications (15%) Value for investment (20%) Available resources for implementation support (10%) Submission Instructions: Please submit your complete proposal through Upwork.
