Professional Dashboard Development - PowerBI

We are looking for a dashboard design professional who can create a dashboard that’s easy to navigate and has drill-down capabilities, based on substantial data collected from insurance claims. The dashboard needs to be user-friendly so that our team members can view, find and present data based on the categories they select. We believe PowerBI is the best program to use to create our desired dashboard but are open to other suggestions. We have all the data and branding elements, but need someone who can put it all together. We'd like someone who can make suggestions and assist us in creating the best dashboard deliverable (for example, back-end programs to analyze the data, front end presentation platforms, best avenue for access to the dashboard, etc.). We have a draft dashboard created to help align the vision for the project and will show the draft dashboard during early planning meetings. Our preference is for the new dashboard to be built from scratch and not built from the draft dashboard. A few notes regarding this project: 1. Draft version completed by April 15, 2025, followed by a month of refinement. 2. Final version completed by May 15, 2025. 3. Phased lump sum payment approach. 4. Weekly touchpoints with Proactive’s point-of-contact for alignment throughout the development process. 5. Proactive will provide “dummy data” to begin the dashboard development process while Proactive collects the real data. 6. The real data will be provided in the same format as the dummy data. 7. Proactive would like recommendations on the preferred back-end program used to collect and analyze the data (PowerBI, MS Excel, MS Access, etc.). 8. Proactive would like recommendations on the preferred platform for team members to access the data (on Proactive’s website, on a different website, through a dashboarding program, etc.). 9. Proactive would like recommendations on the eye-catching visual aspect of the data to give it a modern, professional and clean appearance. 10. Proactive would like recommendations on long term plans for viewing the dashboard on a mobile device. 11. Proactive would like recommendations on long term plans for implementing user access restrictions to control the set of data each user can view. 12. The dashboard professional will need to sign an NDA to work on this project due to having access to confidential insurance information.
