Uncle Sam Athletics is a youth strength and conditioning facility focused on building stronger, faster, more confident athletes. Every 4 months, we test ~50 athletes on key performance metrics (Vertical Jump, Broad Jump, 5-10-5 Pro Agility, 10 Yard Dash, 60 Yard Dash, Reverse Lunge, Bench Press, Trap Bar Deadlift, Back Squat) We’re seeking a data-savvy designer to transform this raw Excel data (from November and March) into a clear, compelling, and persuasive 1-page flyer that shows the real-world impact of our training. You’ll be responsible for: Analyzing the performance data to identify meaningful improvements Deciding the best way to visualize those results (bar charts, infographics, etc.) Designing a flyer that helps parents and coaches quickly understand the value of training at Uncle Sam Athletics This isn’t a “just follow instructions” job — we’re looking for someone who can think critically, find the story in the data, and present it in a way that’s impactful and professional. You’ll have creative freedom to display the results in the way YOU believe will be most persuasive. This project is meant to highlight the value of training at Uncle Sam Athletics.
