Salesforce Sales & Marketing Cloud Expert Training Services Arvig is seeking a qualified Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud expert to provide comprehensive training and ongoing support for new users. The goal of this engagement is to ensure that our team can effectively and efficiently set up, manage, and utilize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement. Our team is in the process of implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, and we require expert guidance to maximize the potential of these tools. Project Objectives The primary objectives of this engagement are: To train new users on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, ensuring they are proficient in setup, configuration, and daily use. To provide hands-on guidance in managing leads, opportunities, customer data, and marketing campaigns. To offer best practices, tips, and troubleshooting techniques to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. To develop training materials that serve as a reference for future users. Scope of Work The selected Salesforce expert will be responsible for the following: 1. Assessment and Planning Assess the current knowledge level of Arvig’s Salesforce users. Develop a tailored training plan based on business needs and user roles. Define key milestones and learning objectives. 2. Salesforce Sales Cloud Training User Setup & Configuration Customizing dashboards, reports, and workflows. Managing sales pipelines, opportunities, leads, and accounts. 3. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Training Marketing Cloud Setup & Configuration Data management and segmentation best practices. Email & Campaign Management Creating, managing, and automating email campaigns. Personalization, A/B testing, and customer journey automation. Tracking campaign performance and analytics. Advertising & Lead Generation Implementing and managing targeted advertising campaigns. Tracking and nurturing leads through Marketing Cloud tools. Deliverables Customized training plan tailored to Arvig’s business needs. Live training sessions (remote). Comprehensive training documentation, including user guides and reference materials. Recorded sessions for future reference. Post-training support. Evaluation Criteria Proposals will be evaluated based on: Proven experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud training. Expertise in Salesforce setup, configuration, and best practices. Training approach and methodology. Ability to provide comprehensive training materials. Client references and case studies.
