Final Touches on an Excel Program

Main Problem: This is a ticketing software for a scale house. The only real problem left is that when I edit data to an unfinished ticket it doesn't and I use a macro to copy/paste the data to the "Record Keeping" sheet it pastes it to a new ID#. Example, Lets say I have 10 tickets in the record keeping and I pull up the 8th ticket to finish it up, when i save it to the "Record Keeping" sheet it will paste to the next unused row or it will now start acting like ticket 11. In other words, "copying info to record keeping" needs to be ID# matching not using next empty row. _____________ Smaller issues: - Every sheet seems to have infinite rows and column. Delete all unused rows and columns on each sheet. - On the "Current Ticket" Sheet when I run a macro to clear the ticket to start a new a new one, the formatting of cells change. - B5 needs to have a thin border all around and not bold. - B8 needs to be not bold and font size 11 - E8:F10 needs to be centered and have thin borders all around. - F8:F10 should not be bold. _______________ Since the file uses macros I cannot upload it here. We'll have to use Google drive or email.
