We are a ROAS focused consultancy that is niched down in to travel and tourism. We are seeking a US based person or small team to help our partners businesses grow. We are great at the client side and strategy, but are looking to add lever pullers and magicians to help us grow in 2025 and beyond. We don’t lose clients, we grow businesses through strategic consulting – and PPC is just one of the things we do. We are a fun group that has built strong relationships with our customers – so we want to make sure you are a great fit both with our team and our clients. This role would start May 1. What will you be responsible for: -Managing 10 to 15 clients Google & Meta ad accounts (some accounts are seasonal, so they don’t run all year). Spend will be range from $1,000 to $3,000 per month for Google & $750 to $3,000 per month for Meta. -Most accounts have been with us for 12+ months and are running strongly, but need ongoing maintenance & care taking for ongoing success. -Expected A/B testing of content & targeting for each account at least quarterly -Meeting with our team 1- 2x per week for 60 minutes to discuss accounts, issues and opportunities. -You will have very little direct contact with the end client – that is our sales team’s responsibility. You may receive some client communications, but most will be filtered through our team -Helping us onboard 3-5 new clients - getting tracking set up and new account builds About you… -You will be US based (working US hours) with English as your primary language. -We prefer you have experience in tourism, or have been running campaigns for long enough that you can see/learn how we do things. -You will be a highly accountable individual who gets pride from delivering great results. We need you to be responsive to emails and Slack messages, attentive to budget details and ROAS goals. -Details are important to us and our clients - and you read stuff. If you are applying for this role, you need to let us know that content in ads matter, and you should tell us that, that way we know you are really interested. -Comfortable working independently, yet still under our brand. You have mad skills in running campaigns for both Meta & Google…and either experience or want to try your hand at TikTok or LinkedIn. You like tools that make you not only more efficient but more effective. You love testing things and helping people grow their business (that is after all what we do). -We expect that this role is NOT full-time, but like all good things, may require more work at different times of the year (in short bursts) How to impress us: -Read this entire description – but you need to be US based (you read that right). We expect to interview you, not a business manager, we want to talk with the wizard (that would be you) -You have at least 5 years of experience in ad management – working in tourism (hotels, destinations, etc), even better. Highlight that in your response to us. -Give us real companies you have worked with – if you tell me you did outsource worked for TripAdvisor or Expedia, we will call BS. -Tell us about your last vacation – what you did, who you were with, and the best part of that trip. We're suckers for a good vacation story. -Give us an overview of your pricing and how you established it– we probably won’t hold you to it, but we want to see how you think. You might even want to tell us what tools you use that make your life easier (and probably ours too), or even a story about your dog. -You don’t send us 20 messages of “Is this still open” We’ll let you know.
