We're searching for a skilled and experienced Google Ads specialist to help us troubleshoot and optimize our campaigns. We manage over a dozen accounts on a daily basis and are currently scaling our business. This is a good opportunity for someone who might want to come on as a regular person in our business in the near future. This particular PPC account has had its ups and downs and has been difficult to dial in. Right now, we are getting what appears to be tons of spam lead submissions through a Google hosted form on the Pmax campaign. The client doesn't want to turn the lead form off, but I can't seem to get the Search campaign to outperform the Pmax. The search campaign (with a different goal) has a higher budget, seems to be optimzed well, and doesn't have any reason to not be performing that I can find, but it isn't.
