Project Overview Intek Leasing is seeking a digital marketing specialist to manage specific aspects of our marketing efforts through HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have expertise in paid advertising, HubSpot implementation, landing page development, and marketing automation to help us target and convert two primary customer segments: fleet leasing customers (10-50 vehicles) and used vocational truck buyers (1-10 vehicles). Time Commitment: 10-20 hours per month Company Background: Intek Leasing specializes in truck financing and fleet leasing solutions. We help businesses acquire, upfit, and manage their commercial vehicle fleets. Our target markets include home service companies with 10-50 vehicles (fleet leasing) and vocational businesses like towing, dump truck, tree services, and roll-off companies (1-10 vehicles). Current Situation: - Currently use HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub with some workflows, lists and sequences in place - We conduct direct outreach to prospects via cold calling - We have ~3,000 prospects in vocational truck finance and 250 for fleet leasing - Our marketing system needs optimization to create an effective lead gen engine - We need assistance connecting our advertising platforms with HubSpot for better tracking Primary Objectives: 1. Fleet Leasing Marketing Campaign - Develop a subdomain (Fleet.Intekleasing.com) that matches our main site's look and feel - Create landing pages focused on fleet financing, upfitting, and vehicle maintenance - Implement Google Ads campaigns targeting home service companies with 10-50 vehicles - Drive leads to request a free fleet analysis - Complement our direct outreach efforts to these same targets 2. Vocational Buyer Retargeting - Connect HubSpot to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for retargeting capabilities - Develop and implement retargeting and lookalike audience campaigns on Facebook/Instagram - Work with a graphic designer to develop ad creative - Target cold leads from database of 1,500-3,000 contacts in tow, dump truck, tree, and roll-off - Update or create a pre-approval landing page - Drive conversions for truck financing pre-approvals 3. HubSpot Integration & Optimization: - Connect Google Ads and Meta accounts to HubSpot for unified tracking and reporting - Improve lead segmentation and management within HubSpot - Develop and implement lead nurturing workflows for both target segments - Create proper tracking to measure campaign performance and ROI
