Overview: We’ve developed a full-funnel PPC advertising strategy, including copy, creative assets, audience targets, and platform structures across Google (Search & PMax) and Meta (Cold + Retargeting). We are now seeking a seasoned performance marketing expert to review our plan for strategic integrity, and, if aligned, build and execute it inside the ad platforms. This project has two distinct phases—review & feedback followed by execution & optimization—and we are open to either a single expert or team handling both, or splitting the work if the right reviewer is not the right implementer. Phase 1: Written Review & Strategic Feedback Deliverables: Evaluate the structure, logic, and completeness of the PPC campaign plan (includes Google Search, Performance Max, and Meta Ads). Review copy, creative, landing page flow, audience structure, and budget allocations. Identify potential red flags, inefficiencies, and areas for higher leverage. Provide clear, annotated feedback and specific action recommendations in writing. Optional (but helpful): short recorded walkthrough or Loom video summarizing feedback. We are looking for someone who can: Think strategically across the funnel (awareness → conversion). Spot gaps in audience segmentation, budget alignment, or campaign logic. Provide platform-specific insight, especially within Google PMax and Meta Ads. Translate feedback into actionable next steps—not generic recommendations. Phase 2: Campaign Launch & Execution Deliverables: Build the campaign structures inside Google Ads and Meta Ads based on the approved plan. Upload/organize creative assets, set up audiences, structure campaigns and ad sets properly. QA tracking setup (GTM, pixels, conversion actions), validate performance goals. Launch the campaign and monitor during the first 7–10 days. Provide post-launch report and recommendations for optimization or hand-off. Ideal candidate will: Have hands-on experience with both Google PMax and Meta Ads Manager. Know how to launch compliant, high-performance campaigns without rookie errors. Be organized, responsive, and detail-oriented. Be open to a longer-term retainer if the launch is successful.
