We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads strategy expert to conduct a comprehensive audit and provide high-level strategic recommendations for an established ad campaign. Our HR SaaS platform has been running Google Ads for several years, and we’re seeking fresh insights to improve performance, reduce waste, and identify opportunities for growth. Scope of Work: • Conduct a full audit of our existing Google Ads account, including campaign structure, targeting, keyword strategy, ad copy, bidding strategies, extensions, and historical performance. • Evaluate current conversion tracking, attribution models, and landing pages. • Find inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for strategic improvement. • Provide actionable recommendations with a focus on advice, not implementation. • Advise us on industry best practices relevant to HR SaaS or B2B SaaS markets. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience auditing and advising on Google Ads campaigns, especially in SaaS or B2B. • Up-to-date knowledge of the Google Ads platform and current best practices. • Bonus points for familiarity with HR tech or employee-facing SaaS products.
