We are a Google Ads agency seeking an experienced tracking code and CRM data expert for a one-time project. This is on-demand support via screen share only — no direct access to Google Ads or other client accounts will be provided. Project Overview: • We are running ads for an e-commerce client and have already installed CallRails ( • We need to ensure that offline conversions are properly processed and that conversion logic is airtight. • Your role is to review the setup live via screen share, provide expert feedback, and confirm that we are passing the correct data back to Google Ads based on actual conversions. • We are ready on our side and can communicate directly with the client if needed, but your guidance is essential to validate the setup and logic. What We’re Looking For: • Deep experience with Google Ads offline conversion tracking • Familiarity with CallRails ( or similar tools used to send offline conversions • Understanding of how ad click data (GCLID or other identifiers) needs to flow through a CRM and be mapped back to Google Ads • Ability to work live via screen share and provide real-time feedback • Willingness to walk us through setup and troubleshoot potential logic gaps • Availability for a couple of hours — budget: $100/hour
