We seek a skilled and proactive Freelance Community Manager to support and grow our presence on a popular social media website. The ideal candidate understands how to engage authentically with users, spark meaningful conversations, follow community guidelines, and subtly guide engagement in a way that aligns with community norms. Key Responsibilities: Drive engagement by posting thoughtful, interesting, and on-topic questions designed to encourage community interaction. Maintain a consistent posting schedule that keeps the subreddit active and engaging. Monitor subreddit discussions and respond to comments in a way that fosters positive interaction and builds community trust.
