The responsibilities also include promoting advertising opportunities and other "A La Carte" services on our platform. Proficiency in utilizing the Wix platform is a must, excellent communication abilities to facilitate event coordination in addition to managing bookings for meetings, webinars and workshops. An understanding of graphic event landing page design are essential plus familiarity with Canva or other design solutions would be advantageous for this position. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They should be proactive, able to work independently, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Experience in social media management and content creation would be a plus, as these skills will help in promoting events and engaging with our audience more effectively.
