Job Description: Client is looking for an experienced AI Chatbot Developer to build a smart chatbot that can answer mortgage-related questions based on PDF guideline documents. The chatbot should be able to extract and retrieve relevant information from the documents and provide accurate, natural language responses. Project Scope: ✅ Extract Text from PDFs – Mortgage guidelines, lending policies, and requirements. ✅ Organize & Store Data – Convert extracted data into a structured format (database, JSON, or vector storage). ✅ Build AI Chatbot – Develop a chatbot that can retrieve and answer questions from the extracted data. ✅ Search & Retrieval Optimization – Use AI-powered search (RAG model) or keyword-based lookup for precise answers. ✅ Integrate with a Web Interface – The chatbot should be accessible through a website or CRM tool. ✅ Deploy & Optimize – Host on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure and ensure scalability.
