We are a women-owned dental clinic located in the Chicagoland area seeking a creative, reliable, and local content creator to help us grow our online presence through engaging short-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikToks, Shorts). The primary objective is to drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and attract new clients through compelling storytelling and on-brand visuals. Location Requirement: Local to the Chicagoland area only – you must be available to visit our dental office periodically to shoot video content (footage of our team, office, procedures, testimonials, etc.). Key Responsibilities: • Capture and edit high-quality short videos (15-90 seconds) for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms. • Visit the clinic as needed to film new footage. • Collaborate with our team to brainstorm video ideas and execute a content calendar. • Stay updated on current social media trends and incorporate them into our content strategy. • Optimize videos for reach, engagement, and local relevance. Ideal Candidate Has: • Experience creating Reels, TikToks, or other short-form videos with strong engagement results. • Knowledge of visual storytelling, editing techniques, and social media algorithms. • A portfolio of past work (especially if healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle-related). • Their own camera or smartphone setup with good quality video/audio capability. • Editing skills using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar. • Professionalism, timeliness, and excellent communication skills. Bonus if you: • Have worked with local businesses or healthcare brands. • Understand how to balance professionalism with relatable, fun content. • Have experience directing clients/patients during recording for natural, engaging footage. This is a freelance/contract role, but we’re open to developing a long-term relationship for the right person. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and frequency of work.
