Audio file edit

Hi - I have an audio file (voice recorder) on my iPhone. One voice is very quiet, the other rather loud. Would like quiet voice much louder and louder voice made quieter. Also, in addition to asking if the file can be edited, can it be saved on USBs? Thank you!
