Need Sound Engineer Experience For My Podcast

I have a Rodecaster Pro sound mixer, a SHURE sm7b mic also a Heil PR40 mic. I have re-started my podcast and am not happy with the sound. I am recording the video and audio using Vmix. I need an evaluation of my sound, suggestions to improve it and help establishing templates and processing settings to accomplish the goal.
