Airbnb Reservation Tracker Creation

I have a property listed on AirBnb. I would like to have a Google Sheet document filled with all future reservation details. Please find attached a screenshot of the Google Sheet I would like to use. I want these features: - Columns from A to M are generated by AirBnb CSV. To generate this CSV I have a link but to open it you need authentication, maybe is possibile to use API? I want to open the google sheet, click on a button such as "DOWNLOAD DATA FROM AIRBNB" and the Google Sheet will be updated with new reservation, canceled reservation, modified reservation without erasing content of columns N, O, P, Q.
