I have an animation (webpng) that I want lay over my static webpage. Why? I want visitors to see the webpage immediately and not have them wait for the animation to load (it is around 3 mb in size, so it might take a while to download it). I have uploaded my idea of what it could look like here: As you can see, I am also having problems with sizing / positioning it correctly. I am open to any cool good idea idea. You can do it differently if you want to. But you should also be able to deliver a technically perfect hmtl / css page= You must be a good artist and have technical skills. Thank you for you ideas.
